Shipping and Returns


Estimated shipping charges and delivery time depends on what type of service is chosen at checkout. Free shipping via USPS includes all shipping within the Continental US. UPS is optional for an additional charge to the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to pay all shipping charges, duties and fees when receiving orders shipped outside the US. 

Order Changes and Cancellations

We stand behind our Essential Oils and always strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. Our effort is to treat you fairly and kindly and we hope you would be courteous to us as we diligently address your needs and concerns.

Our Customer Service Specialists are ready to assist you and address your concerns. Email us at Customerservice@21drops.com.  We apologize in advance, but orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped, but you can always return them to us if you don't love them. 

30 Days No Questions Asked for Trial

We are sad you did not like our smell, but we understand it is a deeply personal choice. Please email us at customerservice@21drops.com so we can confirm items were purchased from us within the last 30days.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. Products must be in original packaging and minimally used. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Gift cards and Custom Blends cannot be returned.

Please understand we can only accept return or exchanges for purchases made directly through www.21drops.com. If you have purchased our products through a 3rd party retailer, you need to reach out to them directly to address any return or exchange requests. 

Because we specially craft our Retro and Custom blends, they are non-refundable.
